Budget: £3,000 – £5,000 GBP
I need an automated assembly line designed specifically for material handling. The line will be used to transport and manage components/parts during the production process.
The project is for EU market and needs CE mark documentation and safety regulations familiarity.
Project needs to comply with:
ISO 12100 – Risk Assessment & Risk Reduction.
IEC 62061 / ISO 13849 – Functional Safety of Machinery.
ISO 13849‑1 / ISO 13849‑2 – Safety-Related Parts of Control.
Split in deliveries:
1. Feasibility study meant to ensure the process can be implemented. Requires design simulation and execution for prototyping of the main components to validate the concept. Set as estimated budget.
2. Project execution if client agrees. Complete production with material processing station design and infeed - outfeed capabilities.
Key Requirements:
- Feasibility for specific process features
- System design for efficient material handling
- Integration with existing production equipment
- Safety features to prevent workplace accidents
- Scalability to accommodate future production needs
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Experience in designing automated assembly lines
