Automate WhatsApp Broadcast from Excel

I’ve got an XLSX file filled with phone numbers and a single pre-written message ready to go. What I need—within the next two hours—is a quick way to fire that message out as a WhatsApp broadcast without having to copy-paste or add the contacts by hand.
