Automate Rally to Local Folder Sync

I'm looking for an automation expert to integrate Rally with a local folder on my Windows machine. The goal is to automatically copy user stories from Rally and save them into this folder using Playwright and Cucumber.

Requirements include:
- Setting up Playwright and Cucumber for automation.
- Script to pull user stories from Rally.
- Save user stories in a specified local folder.
- Must work seamlessly on Windows.
- Git knowledge for version control is a plus.

Ideal skills and experience:
- Proficiency in Playwright and Cucumber.
- Experience with Rally API.
