Automate Operations Reporting Workflow
Budget: $750 – $1,500 USD
I’m streamlining the Operations and Logistics arm of my company and the bottleneck is our manual Reporting and Analytics routine. Each week data is pulled from multiple sources, cleaned in spreadsheets, and compiled into slide decks—a time-sink that delays decisions. I want that entire flow automated so the right metrics appear on-demand.
Here’s what I’m looking for:
• Map the current order-to-report data path and identify automation points.
• Build a functional prototype that pulls raw data from our ERP/CRM (REST API, CSV exports, or SQL—whatever you recommend), transforms it, and feeds it into a live reporting layer such as Power BI, Tableau, Google Data Studio, or a similar tool.
• Configure scheduled or event-driven refreshes so dashboards are always current without manual intervention.
• Set up alerting or summary emails to key stakeholders when KPIs breach thresholds.
• Provide concise documentation and a short hand-off session so my team can maintain the workflow.
Success to me means: zero manual copy-paste, reports generated in minutes instead of hours, and leadership gaining real-time insight into inventory levels, order cycle times, and logistics costs.
If you’ve delivered process automation projects in Operations and Logistics before and are comfortable with building autonomous AI agents, let’s talk.
