Automate Lead & Email Process for Medical Tourism Company (CRM + WhatsApp + Email Integration)

We are a medical tourism company based in India named Cikitsa India.
99% of our patients are from Bangladesh.

We currently generate leads from Facebook Ads, communicate on WhatsApp,
and manually send patient documents (passport + medical reports) to multiple hospitals
(Apollo, Manipal, etc.) via email.

We want to automate this entire workflow.

Automation goals:
1. Facebook leads should automatically go to our CRM.
2. Send auto WhatsApp message to patient for document upload.
3. Auto-create folder for each patient on Google Drive.
4. When documents are uploaded, automatically send customized email
with attachments to multiple hospitals (TO/CC editable).
5. CRM should track patient’s hospital selection & status.

Preferred tools:
- Zoho CRM / HubSpot / Freshsales
- Zapier or Make (Integromat)
- WhatsApp API (Wati.io / Twilio)
- Google Drive / Gmail Integration
