Automate Excel Data Processing -- 2

I regularly receive raw information in separate Excel spreadsheets and need the entire set processed without any manual keystrokes. Your task is to build an automated workflow inside Excel that applies all required formulas and calculations as soon as I drop new data into the file.

The end result should:
• Read my incoming spreadsheets exactly as they arrive
• Run the calculations I specify automatically, placing results in clear, well-labeled areas or summary tabs
• Be easy for me to adjust later if column positions change or new fields appear

Whether you prefer native formulas, VBA, Power Query, or another Excel-friendly approach, the solution must deliver the same reliable numbers I currently generate by hand but in a single click (or automatically on open). Provide the finished workbook along with a brief set of usage notes so I can replicate the process on future datasets. Accuracy, speed, and clarity are what matter most.
