I’m launching a company-wide roll-out of JIRA Cloud, JSM and Confluence and I want the entire foundation designed, automated and documented within the next month. The focus is enterprise-grade project management, so every decision— from governance rules to permission schemes— must scale globally while remaining easy for new teams to adopt.

Here’s what the engagement covers:

• Consolidation of several legacy trackers into a single JIRA Cloud instance, preserving history and issue keys.
• End-to-end JSM architecture: request types, multi-region SLAs, complex cross-functional workflows and tailored approval paths driven by Groovy automation scripts.
• Confluence space hierarchy that mirrors product portfolios, with page templates and macros tied to Jira data sources.
• REST-based integrations for privately developed apps, plus webhook listeners enabling two-way updates in Teams and Slack.
• SSO configuration and user provisioning that respects existing M365 security policies, along with light Power Automate hooks where helpful.
• A plugin strategy: recommend, license and configure add-ons only when they solve a defined use case, explaining why each was chosen.
• Governance playbook and admin handover documentation so my internal team can sustain the platform without surprises.

Acceptance criteria: a fully functioning cloud environment in production, tested with sample projects, automation scripts stored in Bitbucket (or a repo of your choice), and clear runbooks for admins and end-users. All work must align to Atlassian best practices, and you’ll share your valid Atlassian Professional Certificate before kickoff.
