AppFolio Workflow Optimization Expert Needed
Budget: $25 – $50 USD
Seeking an experienced AppFolio consultant to review and optimize current operational workflows, identify process gaps, and recommend improvements in automation, integrations, and reporting (API / AppFolio Stack / data exports).
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience working in a U.S. property management company that manages at least 300 active units (doors) using AppFolio (Plus or Max preferred).
Advanced understanding of AppFolio workflows, GL setup, Smart Bill, Bank Feed, Leasing, and Delinquency modules.
Proven experience in streamlining tenant billing, owner draws, vendor payments, and reconciliation processes.
Experience with custom integrations or API-based data workflows (Google Sheets, BI dashboards, or SFTP automations).
Excellent analytical and communication skills with the ability to produce clear documentation and actionable recommendations.
Preferred:
Familiarity with affordable housing programs (CHA / Section 8).
Experience in training teams and building SOPs for AppFolio operations.
