Android Social Media Automation Engineer (Appium + ADB + Dashboard Dev)

We're looking for a skilled developer to build a fully automated system that manages multiple social media accounts (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube) across real Android devices.

Tech Requirements
- Appium + ADB – Automate Android apps and control multiple devices
- Python / Node.js / Java – Backend development for task orchestration
- PostgreSQL / MySQL – Store account data, schedules, logs
- React / Vue – Build dashboards for control and monitoring
- Proxies/VPNs – IP rotation, privacy, and geo-switching

Responsibilities
- Simulate human-like behaviors (scrolling, likes, follows, comments)
- Run tasks across multiple accounts and devices
- Build a task scheduler with retry/failure logic
- Create web dashboards for real-time control and analytics

Ideal Profile

You’ve built large-scale automation systems, handled mobile bot detection challenges, and know how to design for both scale and stealth. Experience with tools like Jarvee or custom bot platforms is a big plus.
