Amazon Canada Auto-Apply Chrome Extension

I am looking for an experienced developer to build a reliable Chrome-based system automation tool) for https://hiring.amazon.ca that helps with efficient job searching and application process.
Requirements:
• Automatically opens https://hiring.amazon.ca
• Handles complete login flow: Sign In, consent/cookies, email + personal PIN
• Manages CAPTCHA when possible (or notifies me for assistance)
• Handles OTP manually (I will provide the code when requested)
• Automatically re-logs in when session expires (approx. every 1 hour 45 minutes)
• Navigates to the “Search for Jobs” page
• Stably refreshes the search page every 0.5 to 2 seconds using intelligent delays and techniques to handle Amazon’s protections smoothly without triggering blocks
• Uses specific location keywords (Cambridge, Kitchener, Waterloo, Guelph and nearby areas)
• When a matching job is found:
• Opens the job
• Selects Schedule
• Chooses any available schedule (random if multiple)
• Proceeds with Apply → Continue Application
• Continues until it reaches the application/questions page
• Immediately sends Telegram notification when it reaches the questions page with job details and link
Additional Requirements:
• Must work reliably on Chrome / Brave
• Strong skills in anti-detection and handling website protections are needed
• Background running with Telegram notifications preferred
• Manual confirmation option before final submission is welcome
