Agentic AI Workflow Automation

I’m ready to move two critical processes—email marketing campaigns and customer-service replies—out of manual mode and into fully automated flows.

Email marketing campaigns
My lists live in Postgres and Mailgun handles the actual sending, but the orchestration, dynamic content generation, A/B logic, scheduling, and behaviour-based branching should all be driven inside Agentic AI (my preferred platform for this task). Subscriber activity has to write back into the database through n8n so we can keep near-real-time performance dashboards.

Customer-service responses
When a support email or Freshdesk ticket lands, Agentic AI—leveraging ChatGPT for language generation—should draft a context-aware reply. It must reference past resolutions stored in Notion, tag edge-case tickets, and loop the final answer back into the help-desk. Everything routes through n8n so errors are logged and easy to diagnose.

Deliverables
• Two production-ready Agentic AI workflows (marketing + support)
• n8n scenarios that handle triggers, logging, and fall-backs
• Mailgun integration for outbound email with error handling
• A short README or Loom walk-through so I can tweak prompts, lists, or routing rules later

Both automations need to run on my existing tool stack with clear, commented logic so future iterations are painless. Looking forward to seeing a clean, reliable implementation that I can hit “play” on and trust from day one.
