JotForm Automation Specialist Needed | Advanced Conditional Logic & Email Automation
Project Overview
I'm looking for an experienced JotForm Automation Specialist to build a sophisticated assessment and automation system for my leadership coaching business.
This is not a basic survey. It requires advanced conditional logic, dynamic scoring, personalized result pages, automated email delivery, and CRM integration.
The assessment questions, scoring methodology, email content, and downloadable resources have already been created. I need an expert to build the automation that connects everything together.
Scope of Work
The selected freelancer will configure and automate a multi-step assessment experience inside JotForm.
Responsibilities include:
✔Assessment Automation
✔Build an assessment using an existing questionnaire.
✔Configure scoring based on multiple categories.
✔Automatically calculate participant results.
✔Trigger personalized outcomes based on scoring logic.
✔Dynamic Results
Upon submission, participants should immediately see a customized results page that changes based on their assessment outcome.
The results page should display personalized messaging generated from the participant's score and assigned category.
Email Automation
Automatically send participants a personalized email based on their assessment results.
Each outcome has:
A unique email template
A matching downloadable resource
The automation should ensure the correct email and corresponding resource are delivered automatically.
CRM Integration
Connect the completed assessment to my CRM and pass relevant participant information and assessment data.
Administrative Notifications
Configure internal notifications so my team receives assessment details upon completion.
Testing
Perform end-to-end testing to ensure:
Scoring is accurate
Conditional logic functions correctly
Correct emails are delivered
Appropriate downloadable resources are sent
CRM integration works properly
All automations function without errors

At the completion of the project, I expect:
Fully functional JotForm assessment
Advanced conditional logic configured
