AdsPower Traffic Arbitrage Automation Bot

Hey,
I'm looking for an experienced developer to build a desktop automation Bot that uses AdsPower as the core engine under the hood for traffic arbitrage purposes.
The Bot needs to continuously launch AdsPower profiles, each running with its own residential proxy. For each session it should open a target URL, simulate realistic human behavior including random delays, scrolling and mouse movements, click a specific button on the page, then close the session and immediately start the next one in a loop.
The application should have a clean and simple GUI, preferably built in C#/.NET. It must have tight integration with AdsPower for profile creation, management, proxy assignment and fingerprinting features.
Key things needed include: each session using a different residential proxy from a provided list, User-Agent rotation from a list, option to load cookies per profile, configurable number of concurrent sessions, a real-time logging window that shows every action with details (profile start, proxy used, actions performed, success or failure, errors, etc.), and Telegram notifications for critical errors.
The bot must be well optimized for low RAM and resource usage while staying stable for long running operations. It should fully leverage all of AdsPower’s anti-detection capabilities.
I need a working version of the Bot by this Thursday at the latest.
