Add Customer First Name, Email, and Order # to Spreadsheet and Instantly with No Code Automation tool

Hello I sell a very specific product on a marketplace when i get a sale i get a email notification letting me know i made a sale.
Whats cool is that the platform gives you a email button to send them an email. So what ive doing is manually copying text from a google doc and sending them an email.
I already have a instantly.ai cold email outreach currently going but i would like to create another campaign specifically for these orders.
So i need you to setup 3 things
1) Automatically grab the email from the email button when i get a order.
2) Add it to a google spreadsheet with order # and customers first name and email
3) Add that same customers first name and email to instantly.ai
4) have instantly.ai automatically send them the email for me
5) when they respond yes to my first email then have instantly.ai send another email for me with my 2nd email template.
I dont want have any expensive subscriptions so whatever gets the job done the fastest, easiest and the cheapest. So im open to using Zapier or maybe Make.
Whatever is the cheapest and gets the job done.
IMPORTANT: Later on in another project if this goes well i want add customers who left reviews to another spreadsheet and add to another campaign instantly and send emails as well but that will be another project.
