AVEVA Batch Design Simulation Setup

Job ID: 40253413

Budget: $30 – $250 USD

I have AVEVA Batch Management (formerly Wonderware InBatch) installed and now need a short-cycle simulation that lets me validate my process design before we touch the live system. My focus is on three things: recipe execution, resource allocation, and batch scheduling. The task is purely configuration work—no troubleshooting of an existing model, no custom scripting—just building a clean simulation environment, populating it with a representative recipe set, assigning resources, and proving that the schedule logic behaves as expected.

Here is how I picture the engagement:

• You guide me through the configuration of a demo process that can be run through the normal client tools.
• We walk through at least one complete test run together to confirm that the batch can be scheduled and executed correctly.
• Deliverable is the saved simulation project plus a brief hand-off note that explains how to repeat the run and tweak parameters.

If you work in System Platform / Galaxy or have experience linking to InTouch or AVEVA Historian, that is a plus, though not mandatory for this simulation.

I’m ready to start as soon as you can connect.

UPDATED NOTE: I can see that all the proposals that I have been receiving so far are AI generated by people that do not seem to have InBatch experience. You need to know how to configure that particular software product.
