ADHD Cognitive Test Automation with Microsoft 365

The ADHD Objective Cognitive Testing & Automation System is an implementation‑ready Microsoft 365 solution designed to deploy a fully developed, clinically structured ADHD assessment within the Ritediagnosis Psychiatry Learning Hub. The test itself—consisting of 30 validated items across attention, working memory, response inhibition, and executive function—has already been fully designed and requires **no additional content development**, only technical implementation. Microsoft Forms will deliver the assessment, while Power Automate will apply the completed answer key and weighted scoring model to calculate subscores, total performance, and interpretation bands. The system will automatically generate a clinician‑formatted PDF report and store all responses and scores in a secure SharePoint Online list, ensuring HIPAA‑aligned data handling and clinician‑only access. This project focuses solely on transforming the finalized test into a fully automated, end‑to‑end workflow that eliminates manual scoring, enhances reliability, and establishes a scalable foundation for future cognitive modules and reporting tools.
