AI-Based Document Creation & Automation Specialist
Budget: $30 – $250 AUD
I’m looking for someone who knows a lot about automation software like ‘Make’, AI software for creating documents and AI software for consolidating documents. Must know the best AI applications for particular tasks and the best prompts to achieve the maximum result.
I want to create instructional documents or manuals to educate myself on particular topics. ie. digital marketing, fitness, nutrition, etc.
I want someone to create an automation probably using Make and other AI apps that are either free or paid. I don’t mind paying for them if the cost isn’t too high.
This automation will need to be reusable for different topics in the future.
I’m not planning on selling these instructional documents at this stage, they’re for my own learning.
-Take a spreadsheet with a list of YouTube video links and video file links and use an appropriate app to transcribe the videos into text documents
-Also take another spreadsheet with a list of links to text documents
-Also use any current information that AI can find on the web
-Consolidate/merge all this information into the one instructional step by step manual and set appropriate headings, numbering and format
If possible further automate the process by searching YouTube based on a YouTubers channel or channels to create the initial list of YouTube video links rather than me manually creating the list. Also add any tables, diagrams/charts or imagery if needed. Any other advice would be appreciated.
