I'm looking for an "ambient" AI service that can transcribe and generate clinical notes from conversations between clinicians and patients.
Key Requirements:
- The AI scribe needs to generate the notes in SOAP format.
- It must be compatible with Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems.
- It should have advanced speech recognition capabilities including:
- Identifying multiple speakers
- Recognizing different accents
- Being familiar with medical terminology

- - The software must be a browser-based service
- It should offer real-time transcription capabilities via a web browser using either an in-built or external mic and be mobile-capable through mobile browsers.
