India based ANPR and vehicle details - AI based

I am looking for a complete ANPR solution design and development using AI(ML/DL).
We prefer a Nvidia GPU(Jetson xavier) based solution.
kindly bid if you have experience already in this type of solutions.
We dont have datasets, please check at your sources and bid accordingly.
should deliver the working dashboard with logins.

Need to have a working demo with Nvidia GPU and has to show that for awarding the project.
