Comprehensive ANPR System Development

We are seeking a professional with expertise in setting up a Long Range License Plate Recognition (LPR) / ANPR / ALPR systems. This system should be based on a fixed camera setup.
Key Requirements:
- The ideal candidate will have solid experience with configuration and technical aspects of fixed camera LPR systems.
- The system must be reliable in various weather conditions, ensuring accurate recognition and readability, regardless of the surroundings' brightness level or climate conditions.
- The primary use of this LPR system will be for security and surveillance purposes. Thus, the system must be efficient, accurate and dependable to enhance our overall security measures.
Experience with similar projects and a deep understanding of the mentioned requirements would make you a perfect fit for this project.
You may use existing Git or so open source projects.
It also need to be trained + verified.
Important: make sure that it is Long Range > 60 - 120 foot distance (+/- 30 meters).

Phase 2: Training of Software
Must be compatible with existing high end LPR cameras.
