Livebox AHK

I have a fairly simple AHK script that opens a .exe file and selects preferences during its launch. It works fine and I am happy with it. The issue I have is the .exe can be launched multiple times. This is a problem it has to be a single instance .exe. I've tried everything within my limited experience to achieve this with no result. I'm hoping somebody can resolve the problem for me.
