I need someone who can take the project from blank plan to photorealistic vision and give me everything required for smooth execution on site.
What I expect you to handle:
• Space planning that maximises circulation and storage for all rooms, including the office.
• A clear design concept with mood boards, material palettes and furniture direction that stays firmly in the modern style while keeping the colour scheme calm and neutral.
• Detailed layouts and 3D models (Autodesk, SketchUp, 3ds Max or comparable) refined enough for contractors to follow.
• High-resolution, photorealistic renders of every key viewpoint plus a polished video walkthrough so I can present the design to stakeholders.
• A layered lighting strategy—ambient, task and accent—along with any final tweaks needed once we review the visuals.
Acceptance criteria
1. Floor plans and reflected ceiling plans delivered in CAD/PDF.
2. Minimum 6 still renders per room at 4 K quality.
3. One interior walkthrough video (, Full HD or higher).
4. Source files for models, textures and lighting setups.
5. A concise specification sheet listing finishes, furniture pieces and lighting fixtures.
