Inventor 2025 Sheet-Metal Mastery
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
I need Autodesk Inventor 2025 training session that takes the team from zero knowledge straight to confidently using the advanced Sheet Metal environment. The priority is a deep, practical understanding of sheet-metal rules and parameters—how to set up K-factors, bend tables, corner reliefs and material styles so parts flatten precisely and export cleanly for production.
Here is what I want to achieve with you:
• Build a quick foundation: workspace navigation, sketching and modelling just far enough that I can follow the later demonstrations.
• Dive into the sheet-metal workflow: Cut, Bend, Contour Roll, Lofted Flange and Punch Tools, always relating each feature back to the governing rules & parameters.
• Create and manage custom sheet-metal rules, test them on sample parts and verify flat-patterns.
• Export correctly: PDF/DWG for drawings and DXF files ready for CNC / laser cutting, with layer mapping and bend-line colours set to my fabricator’s requirements.
I have no prior Inventor experience, so explanations need to be step-by-step and jargon-light, yet still technically accurate. Screen-sharing, short assignments between sessions, and recorded videos I can replay later would be ideal.
Deliverables
• Live training sessions (schedule to suit both of us)
• Session recordings and exercise files (part, assembly, rule templates)
• A concise cheat-sheet summarising key rules & parameter setups
• Final Q&A review ensuring I can replicate everything unassisted
Acceptance Criteria
1. I can create a new rule, apply it to a sample part, and generate a correct flat-pattern without software warnings.
2. I can export that flat-pattern as a DXF that passes my fabricator’s pre-check.
3. I can modify bend allowances and instantly see the updated flat length.
If you are fluent in Inventor 2025 and enjoy teaching beginners the finer points of sheet-metal, let’s set up a quick call and outline the lesson plan.
