Autodesk Forge - Creation of internal example with BIM and fake IoT with and api expose

You have to create an example project on Autodesk Forge, even those already existing in the catalog, but there must be a BIM base underneath. The building doesn't have to be complicated, it can be anything (a house, a factory, whatever you want and what you find among the examples). In the example building that you will put, you will have to insert example IoT systems (fire prevention, humidity, temperature etc) that will have to provide example data through Forge's api. I must have the ability to access to the sensor data via api, exposed via Forge.
