7000 m2 single-storey facility with 3 inner courtyards. Drawings are in Revit, floor plans available in CAD and PDF as well. PDF thermal zoning markups will be provided. Require building geometry and thermal zoning to be generated in eQuest 3.65, zones re-named according to provided markups; LPDs, occupants and plug loads to be entered for Baseline model and Proposed. Takeoffs of Proposed lighting fixture counts from Revit required, or can be provided if necessary. Possible to expand scope to include input of Proposed airflows and modelling of mechanical systems.
