VBA code for import and export as 2D

Looking for expert inthe field of EXCEL VBA who know's autocad or revit or rhino software , Most important is rhino 6, project description are as follow's, we need to import and export DXF-files into Excel, such that we can run the Autonester solver from within Excel. Technically our shapes only need 2d points and bulges. The input DXF-file needs to be read into excel table. The result will be stored in an excel table and must be exported into a DXF-file. Both import and export routines must be provided as VBA-source-code such that it can be integrated into the other VBA-code.Please discuss if you can handle such thing's easily thank you a lot in advance
