Teach me, charging $ by the hour, how to build lighting families in Revit 2022

I need to generate a library of real life luminaire families, several will need to be editable in their various dimensions. The process as I envision it are remote sessions (that I can record) where the instructor goes at my pace, and basically I do the work under the instructor’s supervision. Repetition a few times will affix the process into my awareness. Idea is not to have someone make the families for me, but true knowledge transfer.
