Budget: $30 – $250 USD
Create topo maps and files (no planning nor design work in scope)
1. Check and clean up the topo map, the majority of which is done. Reconcile the work done so far with the relevant sheets on "planning application prior". See potential errors made due to scanning problem at A1 at the end/edges of the property. There is a ‘blank’ area at the west side of the property
Review the smaller more classic survey and see whether topo lines on that smaller survey are in the same positions as the more comprehensive survey. (It is the more comprehensive survey that is needed as the deliverable in this project)
2. Create high quality Revit file of lot. 3D coordinates for topo. One saved version corrected cleaned up
Put the deck walkways wood walls in a separate layer
Put the trees in a separate layer
3. Create quality dwg file with 3D coordinates elevations etc throughout NOT flat that will be used by CIVIL and be capable of uploading to Auto Civil 3D.
