Revit & Navisworks Expert for Converting IFC to rvt and nwc

I'm in need of a specialist with proficiency in both Revit and Navisworks software. This project involves basic residential architectural design. I expect my chosen freelancer to:
- Create detailed architectural plans using Revit
- convert my ifc file to rvt and nwc format
