As a real estate developer, we have constant multiple opportunities.

Job is for graduated Engineer or Architect. ADVANCED Revit skills.

It's specific:-

1. Bring a driveway plane down 2 or 3' to meet a new roadway, to allow cars to travel from the roadway to the driveway. Driveway APPROX 15' opening. Currently a raised section exists. Approx 400 sq ft area. (With the adjustments it doesn't need to be a perfect plane)

2. Check through the file and match the topo data to the topo data entered in a prior project, to enable the excavation quantities to be reasonably accurately calculated. The file was maintained with integrity and care, however some of the data in an approx. 3000 sq ft area (particularly its boundary) may need adjustment. Then calculate excavation and document quantities for site.
