Revit Architectural Documentation – Australian Residential Project
Project Overview
I am an Australian-based architect/engineer seeking a Revit-proficient architectural documenter to assist with residential house plan documentation.
You will be provided with:
• Existing concept / developed design plans
• A clear written brief
• A Revit template including sheet setup, title blocks, view naming, and documentation standards
This role is documentation-focused (not design-heavy) and requires familiarity with Australian residential documentation practices.
Software Requirements
• Autodesk Revit (please state version used)
• Ability to work cleanly within an existing Revit template
• Good model hygiene (view control, worksets if applicable, correct categories)
Scope of Works
Typical tasks may include:
• Floor plans
• Elevations
• Building sections
• Roof plans
• Door and window schedules
• Basic dimensions, tags, and annotations
• Sheet setup and coordination in line with the provided template
All work must be suitable for Australian council / construction documentation.
Australian Standards & Knowledge (Important)
You must be familiar with:
• Australian residential construction conventions
• Typical Australian annotations, dimensions, and terminology
• NCC / BCA-aware documentation layouts (no need to certify)
• Metric units only
• Australian sheet sizes (A1 / A2 / A3)
Experience working with Australian architects, builders, or engineers is strongly preferred.
What I Will Provide
• Revit template (title blocks, sheets, view standards)
• Example drawing set showing expected output
• Written scope and instructions
• Ongoing feedback and coordination
What You Must Provide
