I am seeking a coder proficient in Revit API, particularly in plugin development. Apparently, I am not specific about the Revit version being used, hence, the plugin must be developed in a way that is compatible across several recent Revit versions (2019, 2020, 2021). The primary objectives are:

- Identifying and categorizing reusable rebar components.
