Plumbing BIM Model for Visualization

I need a detailed BIM model focused exclusively on the plumbing scope of our project so the design team can review, coordinate, and visualize every pipe run before construction starts. The model should follow current MEP standards and be built in Autodesk Revit (or another widely compatible platform you prefer, as long as I receive shareable RVT and IFC files). All fixtures, pipe sizes, slopes, valves, and equipment must be shown in 3-D, correctly hosted to the architectural backgrounds I will supply.

Because this model will serve design-visualization purposes rather than fabrication, I am looking for realistic geometry and clean object naming—not spool sheets. Clash detection against the existing architectural shell is still important, so please run a Navisworks coordination test and include a screenshot report with any noted issues.

Deliverables
• Native BIM file (RVT) with the full plumbing system
• Exported IFC for open-standard sharing
• One rendered viewpoint or walkthrough showing typical risers and fixture groups
• Navisworks clash report (NWC/NWD + PDF summary)

Acceptance Criteria
• All pipes sized per the schematic I provide
• Levels, grids, and coordinates match the architectural model exactly
• No hard clashes with walls, structure, or other MEP systems in the reference model
