LOD 400 Facade Panel Modeling
Budget: ₹250,000 – ₹500,000 INR
I need a fully detailed BIM model of a multistorey building façade brought up to LOD 400. All geometry must be produced natively in Autodesk Revit, solidworks using my DWG architectural drawings as the only data source—no point-clouds or photographs are available.
The scope is limited to the external cladding system: every panel, joint, fixing bracket and sub-framing element that would be required for shop drawings or fabrication coordination must be present and dimensionally accurate. Please organise the work as parametric families wherever practical so I can later schedule quantities and generate material take-offs directly from Revit.
Deliverables
• A single Revit 2022 (or later), solidworks file containing the complete façade at LOD 400
• All custom families used in the model, neatly purged and named to my standard
• A short PDF sheet set with 3D views and key elevations so I can verify geometry before sign-off
Acceptance Criteria
• Geometry aligns precisely with the supplied DWGs; random spot-checks will be within ±2 mm
• No missing panels, trims or brackets visible in the elevations and sections provided
• Model opens with no unresolved warnings and passes Revit audit
Once you confirm you can meet the above, I’ll share the DWG package and my naming convention. I’m looking for a clean, fabrication-ready result, so attention to detail inside Revit is more important than flashy renders.
