3D Fish Farm Model in Revit 2024 -- 2

I need a Dynamo script for Revit 2024 that will create a 3D fish farm model. The script should utilize dimensional and positioning parameters to place various elements sourced from .rfa files and an Excel parts list. I want the cage arrangements to be based primarily on 2D DWG positioning, although engineering data and bathymetry will also be taken into account.
