Building and designing home for class project.

Need help with modeling a home for Revit for my class assignment. I am getting stuck on some things that I forget to do or have not learned before. Having issues with reflected ceiling plan and not showing up. I know what I want the house to look like but it's the technical issues of Revit. Little things like making sure kitchen and bathrooms. are ADA compliant. Help with putting a roof on. Need help with stairs and trim work, etc.
