Building Permit CGI Renders
Budget: £20 – £250 GBP
I need three high-resolution CGI stills that I can attach to a local building-permit application. The BIM model is already complete; you will receive the RVT file as well as an Autodesk Viewer link so you can orbit, cut sections, or export whatever you need.
Scope
• Perspectives: a mix of exterior and interior angles (as marked up in the attachment).
• Lighting: daytime only; natural, even illumination that shows materials clearly.
• Detail level: medium—accurate colours, textures and façade elements, but no need for ultra-fine props or photoreal dirt/weathering.
All colour references, floor plans, and a mood example are in the zip I have provided. Please work directly from the original Revit geometry; feel free to transfer it to 3ds Max, Enscape, Twinmotion or your preferred pipeline as long as the final renders match the model and palette.
Deliverables
1. Three JPG or PNG images, minimum 4 000 px on the long side, ready for print submission.
2. Source scene files (if you make significant changes outside Revit) so we can re-render later if city officials request tweaks.
Let me know your turnaround time and total fee, and include a couple of similar permit-ready visuals from your portfolio so I can see your style.
