Key Requirements:

- Proficiency in 3D modeling, clash detection, and sustainability analysis
- Experience working with LOD 200, 300, 350& 400 3D modeling
Skills and Experience:
- Prior work on construction stage projects
- Capable of providing LOD 300 & 350 3D modeling
- Strong understanding of sustainability in design
- Excellent problem-solving skills to mitigate clash detection issues
