Architecture modelling and model configuration

I am looking to hire a freelancer to create an architectural model and configure the model. The model required is a BIM Modeling solution which will encompass 3D Rendering, CAD Drawing, Revit drawing and other features. I am looking to explore the possibility of simulating external forces to the model but am not sure if it is necessary yet. Furthermore, I do not need to optimize the model for specific outcomes at this time. All I need is a freelancer who has experience with this kind of project to help me create my architectural model and make it as efficient as possible.
