Architectural Designer or Civil engineer for IBC code design for California USA house.

I am looking for an experienced Architectural Designer or Civil Engineer who can assist me with the IBC code design for my small house in California, USA. The project is currently in the construction documents stage and I require assistance with the structural design. The ideal candidate should have a strong knowledge of IBC codes and regulations in California, and experience with small residential projects. The size of the house is less than 1,500 sq ft. In addition, the candidate should have experience with permit approvals and regulations, as this will be required for the project. we are a company specialized in Design in California, this is a long term position. we will provide training as well. we now have employee in China, Vietnam and South America.
