Tilting Tray Manufacturing Drawings
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
The entire tilting-tray mechanism is already laid out—fixed tray on a pivot, driven ±3° by a single 12 V DC linear actuator, mounted to a simple base frame with straightforward brackets. What’s missing are clean, shop-ready drawings.
Using Autodesk Inventor as the primary platform (exportable to DWG/PDF), convert my dimensioned sketches into fabrication documents that a small prototype shop can pick up without questions. AutoCAD or Fusion 360 files are fine as secondary outputs, but Inventor is the working master.
Deliverables
• Fully detailed 2D part drawings with hole sizes, material call-outs (I will supply the exact specs), and basic ISO-fit tolerances
• A concise assembly drawing showing actuator, pivot and frame relationships
• Native Inventor files plus PDF/DWG packages, organised and named logically
This is a one-off prototype, so clarity and practicality outweigh high-volume optimisation.
