Inventor Assembly Drawings & Thermal Analysis

Job ID: 40101502

Budget: $30 – $250 USD

I have an Inventor assembly that now needs two things done to professional drafting standards: a complete set of assembly drawings and a steady-state thermal analysis.

For the drawings, I want fully annotated sheets that show overall dimensions, critical tolerances, balloons linked to an accurate BOM, and any exploded views you feel clarify the build. PDF copies for quick review and the native .idw/.dwg files so I can revise later are both required.

On the analysis side, please set up a thermal study directly in Autodesk Inventor. Assign realistic materials, apply the heat loads and convection coefficients we’ll discuss, mesh it appropriately, and run the solver. I need colour-mapped temperature plots, a brief summary of maximum and minimum temperatures, and any design‐change suggestions that emerge from the results. Export the report in PDF along with the Inventor .iam/.ipj containing the study.

I’ll provide the existing model as soon as we start and will be available to clarify boundary conditions or drawing standards. Let me know your turnaround time and past experience doing Inventor thermal studies—once I see that, we can begin right away.
