Design for Automatic Disposal System for Waste Collected in Seabin
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
We are seeking a creative and functional design for an automatic waste disposal system integrated with a seabin. The system must account for fluctuating water levels in a 20-meter depth well, where anchoring the seabin is not feasible. Key requirements include:
1. A rope pulley mechanism to hold and lift the entire seabin, adjusting automatically to weekly water level changes.
2. An automated method to empty the waste collection bin inside the seabin after operations, ensuring seamless restart of the process.
3. A durable and efficient design suitable for continuous operation in varying water conditions.
4. All dimensions and details must comply with IS codes and utilize commercially available components.
5. The submission must include a complete Bill of Materials (BIM), detailed calculations, and drawings created exclusively in Autodesk Inventor.
6. The drawings and 3D models must include both 2D and 3D fabrication-ready designs. The size of the seabin is 1m diameter and 1.2m height.
