I need a Fusion 360 Expert

I want to create an interactive light installation that can either be outside or in a room (I do not have a preference). I have an idea make it so that wherever you step it lights up and maybe those lights can be reflected on the ceiling. Another idea I have is to create an outdoor installation of many large lamps that light up and stay lit up for while after you touch them. I have attached some images of what I would want re-created in Fusion 360.
