edit my fusion360 file and send 3dprintable and solidworks version

I'm looking for an expert to refine my Fusion360 (.f3d) design for 3D printing and solidworks. Your tasks would involve modifying the current object and introducing new design elements like inside foil (only has outside shell for now); the cage (alu tube 50mm dia) must be between the inner and outer foil (each 3mm thick). put seats and persons and battery box, joystick and very few other parts into the car. i need separate files for ie cage, windows, doors, front light covers, wheels, suspension, battery pack, guy, seats, lids of frunk and trunk, because parts need to move, be exchanged, be printed in different materials and colors etc.
i need a 1:1 version and a scaled 1:20 version for the print, whereby the real size version has above mentioned dims, and print version needs ie 1mm foil thickness. total proportions dont change, so foils go deeper into the tube to make your works easier. print version cage can be solid.
The final deliverable will need to be stl and step and solidworks files. look at the pic, the foil doesnt fit the cage, so that outer foil needs to be adapted first. send me any part with inside foil/tube/outside foil so i can see you can do it, otherwise i wont contract, because i already offered this task and people bid w/o being able, it s NO simple file conversion, you need to modify the shells and thicken to foil thickness of 3mm! i want multiple print versions: cage, outer foil/cage, cage/inner foil, outer foil/cage/inner foil.
