Fusion 360 End-to-End Model

Job ID: 40175733

Budget: $30 – $250 USD

I need a single Autodesk Fusion 360 file that cleanly flows through every workspace—Design, Simulation, Generative Design, and Manufacture—to showcase a complete concept-to-production pipeline.

Design
• Begin with a clean parametric model in the Design workspace. I am flexible on what the part is, as long as its geometry is interesting enough to exercise the later stages. Keep the timeline editable and organise sketches/bodies sensibly so the structure is easy to follow.

Simulation
• Apply realistic materials, boundary conditions and loads so the study solves without errors. A simple static stress case is enough; the goal is to prove the workflow, not certify the part.

Generative Design
• Run at least one Generative Design study that produces several viable variants. Export the top two outcomes back into the file so they can be compared side-by-side with the original.

Manufacture
• Set up a 3-axis milling strategy (adaptive clearing + contour finish is fine) for whichever geometry you choose as the “final” design, complete with tools, operations, and a posted NC file so the toolpaths can be reviewed in the simulation.

Deliverables
1. The .f3d file containing: original model, solved simulation study, generative outcomes, and CAM setup.
2. Any auxiliary files generated by Fusion (e.g., NC code, result files).
3. A concise read-me noting material assumptions, load values, and tooling choices.
4. Screenshots of the model output from design, simulation, generative, manufacture

Acceptance criteria
• File opens without missing references and each workspace shows a complete, solved setup.
• Simulation and Generative studies run without errors.
• Toolpaths verify with no collisions in Fusion’s preview.

This is for a concept demonstration, so clarity and repeatability take priority over tight manufacturing tolerances. If you already have a favourite sample part that meets these needs, feel free to propose it; otherwise we can pick a fresh design together.
