Creating an ad with a 3D STL file

I have a 3D file of a metal cart. Provided I give instructions and the part, I would need someone to create an animation in Fusion 360 or Solidworks of the assembly of it, from start to finish. Using that assembly video created from either Fusion 360 or Solidworks (or any other software like it), please create a video that can be used as video ad for LinkedIn and Google Adwords.
