Autodesk Fusion CAM Setup & Report

Job ID: 40437081

Budget: €8 – €30 EUR

I need a skilled CAM programmer who works confidently in Autodesk Fusion to take my PPAC part from raw model to a documented machining process ready for shop-floor use.

Scope of work
• Build a complete CAM setup in Fusion that covers Milling and Drilling operations. Within milling, include Facing, Pocketing, and Contour milling strategies.
• Apply “condition H” cutting parameters: stock allowance of +10 % on lateral sides and +15 % on the remaining directions, with intervals a = 0.5 × DC, b = 0.4 × DC, c = 0.9 × DC, d = 0.5 × DC. Material group is P2.2.
• Generate the Data Sheet and Operations file highlighting tool specifications, cutting conditions, and the exact machining sequence.
• Produce a concise PDF report using my provided template. The report must justify stock/block positioning, explain the overall machining strategy and operation order, detail finishing passes on every side face, list selected tools with reasoning, note process optimizations, and document any challenges you ran into and how you resolved them. Section 4.3 is reserved for any additional cutting conditions you choose—please justify them there.
• Remember: every hole is threaded.

Deliverables
1. Fusion 360 CAM file with all toolpaths.
2. Data Sheet & Operations file (preferably XLSX or CSV).
3. PDF report filled out per the template.

I’ll supply the model, the report template, and any thread specifications as soon as we start.
