We would like to submit a planning application to add a story onto an existing bungalow. We are seeking an architect / designer to create a computer generated model and elevations which can be used for the submission
Due to the existing construction the bungalow will likely need to be knocked down and rebuilt.
The bungalow is within a conservation area so must be sensitive to the surrounding properties.
Our offer to buy is on the condition that we receive planning permission

We had council advice on the current project so would seek to replicate the design
