wastewater design build contractors

I'm looking for a wastewater design-build contractor to help on a medium commercial project bid to upgrade some infrastructure components at Camp Creek Wastewater Treatment Plant, Atlanta, Ga. The bid deadline is August 27, 2023.This will be a full design-build service, so experience is a must. We can do the design if you can construct. The contractor should have relevant experience in similar projects, and be certified and licensed to execute the required tasks. I'm open to hearing from all suitably qualified contractors, but experience in similar projects is a must. The scope of work is stated below:
Scope of work will include:
Demo and disposal of Effluent Troughs ( Overflow Launders), Main entering/exiting trough, Structural Supports, Weirs, Baffles, Scum Box and structural support for the scum box
Installation of Effluent Troughs ( Overflow Launders), Main entering/exiting trough, Structural Supports, Weirs, Baffles, Scum Box and structural support for the scum box
Installation of pressure grout under the wall mounting brackets of the new structural supports
Installation of new anchors and hardware throughout.
Installation of new gasket materials and silicone to seal between each section of the trough
All materials will be composites where applicable
Crane and handling equipment
Construction schedule is 24 weeks.
